Holiday Markets This Weekend Make Shopping Easy
There will be two holiday markets this coming weekend, which will make shopping for those perfect gifts easy as well as helping out some good causes.
On Saturday, December 8th, the Animal Shelter Christmas Market will be held at their headquarters on Kaminda Lagun from 11:00 AM until 5:00 PM. There will be the flea market, a used book market, snacks and drinks, and, with thanks to sponsor DA Drug Store, new and used Christmas decorations will be sold. Santa Claus will make a special appearance between 3:00 and 4:00 PM, so bring along your pets for photos with Santa, available for a small donation to the shelter.
On Sunday, December 9th, Club Roomer Bonaire will be holding their Christmas Market from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Club Roomer is a foundation which benefits residents of Bonaire, including the elderly, youth, or those less fortunate. The Market will feature local arts and crafts, including a driftwood art made especially by Dion. Miss Bonaire will make a featured appearance with a fashion show as well.
