Delta Air Lines Waives Ticket Change Fees Due to Tropical System Omar
Delta Air Lines has recently announced that travel to some of their Caribbean destinations may be interrupted due to the tropical system Omar, which has just passed through the Caribbean. Because of this, the airline is waiving ticket change fees for several destinations, and Bonaire is included.
Although there is a low probability of the weekend Delta flights to and from Bonaire being interrupted as the weather system has now passed through our region, nevertheless, Delta is offering the opportunity to change dates to those passengers interested in doing so.
Those passengers holding tickets on Delta for this Saturday are allowed to make one date change. The ticket re-issue date must be on or before October 18, 2008 and some restrictions apply. Changes to origins and destinations may result in an increase in fare. Any difference in fare between your original ticket and the new ticket will be collected at the time of booking.
