The Reef Restaurant at Den Laman Launches Monday Night All-You-Can-Eat BBQ

Bonaire’s newest restaurant on the dining scene, the Reef Restaurant, has just announced they have launched a new event each Monday evening.

The Monday B.B.Q. Buffet starts immediately after the Rum Punch Party, which runs from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The buffet is available from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM, and during this time, diners can enjoy images from Bonaire in a slide show that is presented at around 7:30 PM.

The buffet includes chicken, ribs, fish, roasted potatoes, rice, baked beans, and the salad bar, which includes cole slaw, pasta salad, and fixings from which you can make yourself a garden salad. The cost is $15.00 per person (FL 26.70) and the BBQ is all you can eat. (Source:  The Reef Restaurant at Den Laman)

  1. Bravo!!
My wife and I vacationed in Bonaire for the first time in 2006; we stayed at the Sand Dollar Resort and stopped at Den Laman before it was “The Reef” for lunch one time and one time only!
We returned in late October 2007.  Not only had the named changed, but a whole new atmosphere had emerged!  The food was excellent and the new manager, Sandy Knepp, was obviously striving for prompt service and a pleasant atmosphere.  In our eyes, she has succeeded in revitalizing a place that was on a downward spiral.  She appears not to be afraid to try new things, the Sunday afternoon band, in our opinion, should always be continued.  Hats off to you and your staff… Keep up the great work!
Sandy told us she was originally from the South, it showed with her Southern Hospitality!  We will return to the “The Reef” in 2008!!!
