Cactus Blue Restaurant Expands Menu with Gourmet Pizza
Well known restaurateurs, Hagen and Corinna, have just completed celebrating their first anniversary at Bonaire’s Cactus Blue Restaurant. To begin their second year at this location, they have come up with an expansion of their already-large menu: gourmet pizza.
Cactus Blue is no stranger to fusing different tastes and textures, so it’s no surprise that they are premiering such combinations as jambalaya pizza with shrimp, spicy chorizo sausage and chicken, or jerk pizza with jerk-rubbed chicken breast, pineapple, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese.
