BONHATA Elects New Board of Directors for 2008
The Bonaire Hotel and Tourism Association is pleased to announce the new 2008 Board of Directors, who were elected at the Association’s Annual General Meeting, held last Wednesday evening, September 19th, 2007.
The new Board will be comprised of:
Associate Members:
Blue Divers, represented by Ms. Anouschka van de Ven
Captain Don’s Habitat, represented by Mr. Jack Chalk,
Divi Flamingo Beach Resort & Casino, represented by Ms. Sara Matera
KonTiki Beach Bonaire, represented by Mr. Martin van Bekkum
Plaza Resort Bonaire, represented by Mr. Boudewijn “Bous” Scholts
Allied members:
Bonaire Tours & Vacations, represented by Ms. Corine Gerharts
Divi Dive, represented by Mr. Serge De Groote
Jibe City, represented by Mr. Dirk Jan Methorst
Wannadive, represented by Mr. Bart Snelder
The Executive Board positions for 2008 will be announced after the next Board of Directors meeting, to be held on September 27th and will become effective as of January 1st, 2008.
BONHATA’s current membership consists of sixteen (16) Associate Members (Accommodation Providers) and forty six (46) Allied Members, representing all other businesses involved in the tourism industry of Bonaire. (Source: BONHATA Release)
