Bonaire’s Culinary Team Holding Fundraiser Dinners
The Bonaire Culinary Team will be competing again this June in Miami at the Taste of the Caribbean competition. In advance of the competition, they will be cooking up a number of fine feasts to refine their skills - feasts at which everyone can participate.
Fund raising dinners are planned for the following evenings (all of these are Sundays): May 6, May 13, May 27, June 3, and June 10. All fund raising dinners will be held at the Chez Nous teaching restaurant which is part of the SGB (high school). Seating is limited to 30 people at each event, and the price is Naf 50 (US$29) for a three-course meal including wine. Dinner starts at 7pm each of the nights.
The Bonaire Culinary Team has won a number of medals in the past, and critiques from diners at previous fund raising dinners have helped them hone their skills, so consider attending if you want both an excellent meal as well as a chance to help the Bonaire Culinary Team win gold in Miami in June.
