Bonaire’s Yachtclub Restaurant to Re-Open on July 2nd Under New Ownership

On July 2nd, 2008, the Yachtclub Restaurant will re-open with new ownership and management.  The restaurant will now be open daily for breakfast and will serve dinner Tuesdays through Sundays.

Kim van Dijk and Rick van den Broek will open the intimate restaurant serving three types of breakfast styles--English, French, or Continental.  Each breakfast is $10.00 per person.

For dinner service, there will be an á la carte menu from which to choose with five appetizers, five main courses, and five desserts.  Additionally, there will be a changing four-course menu, called the Menu Delight.

Kim and Rick both come to Bonaire from Holland and have degrees in international hospitality management.  Dining patrons will meet Kim as their server, while Rick will be in the kitchen whipping up delectable meals.  With their combined history of cuisine, they state they will have a French-Italian kitchen with a Caribbean twist!  Food is their passion, and they wish to create a night out for their guests by giving them the best possible quality of food and personal service.  (Source:  Yachtclub Restaurant)
