Bonaire’s Patagonia Restaurant Augments its Wine Cellar
There’s lots of exciting news emanating from Bonaire’s restaurant world these days, but here’s the first: Patagonia Restaurant recently augmented its wine cellar with new offerings from the Rutini Vineyards of Argentina.

Argentinean wines have become very popular in recent years, as the area offers a great environment for growing the grapes, which originate from Italy and the Loire Valley in France. Ines Palacios, one of the owner/operators of Patagonia Restaurant, recently visited Rutini Vineyards and their Wine Museum, to pick out new wines for their restaurant on Bonaire. Rutini offers some of the best Argentinean wines, as they keep yields low, prune and harvest by hand, and allow grapes to achieve their optimum maturity before being harvested.
Now, patrons of Patagonia Restaurant may enjoy these great wines on Bonaire. Here are some of the new wines available: San Felipe Roble Chardonnay 2006, San Felipe Roble Merlot 2005, San Felipe Roble Malbec 2005, San Felipe Roble Cabernet Sauvignon 2005, San Felipe Roble Sangiovesse 2005, Trumpeter Chardonnay 2006, Trumpeter Malbec 2005, Trumpeter Cabernet Sauvignon 2005, and the Trumpeter Reserve 2004.
